The ProblemFlockSafety.com serves multiple distinct audiences, from enterprise buyers to law enforcement agencies, community members, and media. As our digital footprint expands across communities, the website requires a clear, cohesive strategy to ensure every visitor finds what they need quickly. You will own that strategy, leading the site through its next evolution to build an intentional, high-performing web experience.
What You'll Own- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for FlockSafety.com, translating company and audience priorities into digital experiences.
- Own the information architecture and navigation, establishing audience journeys that serve enterprise buyers, public safety partners, and the broader public.
- Partner with growth leadership to set website governance, determining what content is built, updated, consolidated, or retired.
- Guide the CRO and SEO strategy, managing direct reports and cross-functional partners to optimize for both conversion and modern search paradigms like AEO and GEO.
- Direct external development partners and manage Webflow infrastructure, ensuring high standards for site performance, accessibility, QA, and technical health.
What This Role is Not- This isn't a reactive ticket-handling role, you will proactively set the web roadmap rather than fulfill incoming requests.
- This isn't a backend engineering position, you'll manage front-end CMS systems like Webflow and collaborate with developers, but your primary focus is web strategy and digital experience.
- This isn't a passive maintenance function, you'll actively identify broken interactions, weak UX, and conversion bottlenecks to fix them.
What You Bring- Experience in web strategy, digital product management, or digital experience owning high-impact websites.
- Strong strategic and creative judgment with a track record of leading a website through a major redesign or transformation.
- Technical fluency with modern CMS platforms such as Webflow, alongside working knowledge of web performance, UX, accessibility, CRO, and SEO.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and user behavior to make roadmap decisions.
- Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional contributors, with preferred experience supporting complex B2B buying journeys.
