Role Overview:

Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Transformation is a high-impact leadership role responsible for executing large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives, aligning business strategy, technology, and culture to drive growth and efficiency. With a primary focus on the pillars within Business Operations, you would oversee cross-functional projects, and ensure sustainable, measurable value creation. You will serve as a vanguard of change, merging operational excellence with cutting-edge technology to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and accelerate critical business outcomes.

About the Role:

Strategic Cross-functional Leadership & Execution
  • Define and execute transformation roadmap that align with global growth objectives and move the organization toward highly automated environments.
  • Lead high-priority programs (i.e. Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, Parkplace Transformation) - breaking down organizational silos to foster collaboration and ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal.
  • Manage Transformation project manager to support in delivering against requirements and operational milestones.


Operational Excellence & Digitalization

  • Work with functional teams to map out complex process flows to identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for maximum efficiency and operational agility
  • Drive the implementation of AI-driven solutions and self-service tools to reduce manual inquiries and empower independent decision-making.
  • Maximize ROI on the existing tech stack while making recommendations for updates / enhancements that will drive improvements in user experience and processing speed.
  • Utilize a data-focused approach to ensure every initiative delivers a meaningful impact to the business and its users.
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the success of transformation efforts


Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Facilitate Final Go/No-Go sign-offs for major programs, ensuring readiness across all critical workstreams including UAT, data clean-up, and cutover plans.
  • Act as a collaborative partner to executive leadership, providing clear communication on vision, strategy, and project status.
  • Oversee comprehensive change management efforts, including employee communications and enablement efforts to ensure enterprise engagement, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.

About the Role:
  • Experience: 5-8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development or business transformation, preferably within a global technology or cybersecurity firm.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Cybersecurity Operations, IT, digital trends, change management and strategic planning
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce/CPQ), AI capabilities, and transformation tracking tools like Jira.
  • Communication: Highly effective data presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Leadership: Experience motivating cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or contract workers.
