Group/Division

With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, chipmakers around the globe rely on KLA to ensure that their fabs ramp next-generation devices to volume production quickly and cost-effectively. Enabling the movement towards advanced chip design, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG), which is responsible for creating all of KLA’s metrology and inspection products, is looking for the best and the brightest research scientist, software engineers, application development engineers, and senior product technology process engineers. The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

  • Being a core member of the PLC (Product Lifecycle Committee) that owns the development of the company’s Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family, this TPM manager will lead the waterfall planning process to generate the multi-year Plan of Record (POR) that will govern the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to field acceptance.
  • Manage a team of Technical Project Managers (goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, development) who are individual contributors that support various subsystem teams on their POR generation
  • Drive the POR execution and review process to ensure the committed deliverables and milestones by internal and external development teams are on track, performance-wise and cost-wise
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, corporate facility and services leadership to resolve POR execution issues
  • Assist the Program Manager in assembling required presentation materials specified in the company’s PLC Workbook in preparation for PLC Phase exit

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related technical discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware or semiconductor systems development
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Proven experience leading supplierheavy and customervisible programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and crossorganizational influence skills

Base Pay Range: $195,600.00 - $332,500.00 Annually
