What is the opportunity?

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals responsible for driving technology enablement, data quality, and capability development across the global Talent Cycle function. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the Data oversight strategy. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Workday, SAP, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee data hygiene initiatives to maintain system integrity and support decision-making. Build organizational capability through the creation of comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures. Partner with talent leaders globally to ensure systems and processes evolve to meet business needs.

What will you do?

Tech Enablement
  • Identify and assess technology enablement opportunities for Talent Cycle globally
  • Lead the evaluation of opportunities across Talent Cycle globally

Develop & execute the Data Oversight strategy
  • Develop and implement data quality standards and governance practices
  • Establish a prioritization framework for RPA enhancements and automation initiatives, evaluating scope, budget requirements, and expected ROI
  • Report on data quality metrics and trends to support organizational decision-making by building and maintaining he data hygiene scorecard

Training & SOP Development
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive training materials and standard operating procedures for Talent Cycle core processes
  • Establish a centralized knowledge repository for Talent Cycle processes and procedures

People Leadership, Employee Development and Engagement
  • Create clear accountabilities and ensure skill sets are in place to deliver high quality people-centric support
  • Report on team performance, change volumes, and business impact metrics, ensuring capacity/demand recommendations are in place to anticipate operational and project needs


What do you need to succeed?

Must have:
  • 5-7 years of operations and technology experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology enablement initiatives
  • Proven change management and training delivery experience
  • Proven team leadership and people management skills
  • Experience is maintaining data integrity


Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
  • Project management certification
  • Experience with process documentation and knowledge management
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks
  • Experience in global organizations
