What is the opportunity?

The HR Operations Manager leads and manages a team of HR professionals responsible for executing critical personnel and organizational processes across the enterprise. This role bridges operational execution with strategic talent initiatives, overseeing end-to-end activities including organizational changes, employee lifecycle management, systems administration, and bulk data processing.

The leader develops and mentors team members, collaborates with business stakeholders to understand requirements, establishes governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency. With a focus on anticipating business needs and providing operational insights, this leader ensures the team delivers excellence in day-to-day HR operations while supporting organizational strategy and change management initiatives.

What will you do?

Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals.
  • Mentor team members in technical skills and professional growth.
  • Determine team priorities and resource allocation.
  • Report on team performance, metrics, and business impact.


Operational Execution
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including organizational changes, employee lifecycle management, systems administration, and bulk data processing.
  • Establish and monitor frameworks for processing changes from intake through validation and implementation.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all operational activities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.


Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
  • Partner with stakeholders such as talent teams, HR business partners, and business leaders to understand organizational requirements.
  • Provide operational input on the feasibility and timing of organizational initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational planning discussions to ensure operational considerations are embedded early.


Governance & Process Management
  • Establish processes and governance frameworks for bulk change management.
  • Make recommendations on process improvements and operational governance.
  • Monitor compliance and drive best practices across operations.
