Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the strategy and execution of recruiting across corporate, field, and distribution center operations. You'll build and develop a world-class TA function that blends human connection with AI-driven insights, maximizes the capabilities of Workday Recruiting, and delivers exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. You'll also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping workforce strategies that support our continued growth and long-term success.

Salary Range: $120k - $140k with bonus potential

Required Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success supporting both Corporate/exempt hiring & Field and distribution center/non-exempt hiring.
  • Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong experience using recruiting metrics, analytics, and data to drive decisions.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices and technologies.
  • Experience managing ATS platforms, vendors, and recruiting operations.
  • Recruitment marketing and employer branding experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
