Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Retail Food Safety Operations, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting impact assessments, and advising leadership on compliance risks and ethical standards. The position requires managing policy updates, overseeing data analysis, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. The manager also guides teams through training and development, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to drive compliance initiatives effectively.

What you'll do...
  • Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring regulations, addressing inquiries, and updating policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and mitigate compliance risks, including gap analyses and regulatory forecasting.
  • Manage research on regulatory trends and proposed legislation, providing expert analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
