Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics - Retail Food Safety Operations, leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting impact assessments, and advising leadership on compliance risks and ethical standards. The position requires managing policy updates, overseeing data analysis, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. What you'll do...- Lead compliance and ethics initiatives by monitoring regulations, addressing inquiries, and updating policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
