What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Mid-Market accounts.

  • Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and shape customer solutions.

  • Build repeatable processes, tools, and best practices to support a high-volume business.

  • Strengthen the team’s expertise in Atlassian software during the pre-sales process, helping customers see the value of our tools and how they can transform the way they work.

  • Jump in on key customer engagements to build trust and showcase Atlassian solutions.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to align strategies and customer outcomes.

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $204,300 - $266,725

Zone B: $183,600 - $239,700

Zone C: $169,200 - $220,900

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
