This is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per weekNo relocation is provided for this opportunityJob SummaryIn this role, the Sr Manager, SIOE has primary accountability for resolving critical customer supply issues (Prioritizations) throughout the West Supply and Operations network and providing visibility to Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements. This role requires strong relationships throughout the West Supply Network, fluency in West planning systems, West Digital and WD logic. The role also provides guidance and participates in quarter-end cross functional process. As the key point of contact for Commercial Planning, the role will be leader in the global SIOE process, guide site SIOE weekly meetings, oversees 0-90 day KPI's, and adjudicates capacity allocations to customer supply needs. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with Commercial, Product Management and Demand Planning teams as well as Operations Supply Planning teams. This role will be a critical link between Commercial and Supply Chain/Operations leading resolution to critical customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Partner to Commercial, Product Management, Demand Planning and leads adjudication of Commercial Prioritizations and Allocations
- Leadership role in Global SIOE and Site SIOE KPI management and site escalation of 0-90 supply issues and quarterly target achievement
- Ensure Site SIOE and Quarter End process in alignment with financial goals
- Leads routine production site and Commercial team reviews of Prioritization/Allocation activities
- Conducts regular training on Prioritization Process; Quarter End Process for network partners (Customer Success and Supply Chain)
- Partners with Supply Process counterparts to improve joint dashboards for Quarter End process
- Drive West sites regarding necessary adjustments to productions plans to accommodate critical Commercial supply needs
- Supports large-scale global crisis, continuity-of-supply disruption and/or allocation and monitors commercial impact
- Supports Commercial with strategic information for customer interactions.
- Recognized as a formal SME in Network supply; Planning systems (SAP and West Digital)
- Strong level of independent work, decision-making, and problem solving in a complex environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education- Bachelor's Degree Preference for Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or relevant experience required
- Master's Degree/ MBA preferred
Work Experience- Minimum 7-8 years Global Supply chain, Demand/Commercial planning experience required
- Preference for strong cross-functional network background in planning function
- Experience with SAP-APO planning; IBP/SIOP cycle; Product Segmentation/Stocking Strategy; Prioritization/Allocation processes also strongly preferred
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or other regulated industry preferred
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Solid understanding of supply network planning principles and demonstrated ability to address critical needs and manage cross- functional change processes.
- ERP system knowledge with strong linkage of financial, material and supply flows.

Travel Requirements10%: Up to 26 business days per year
