What You Will Do- JOB SUMMARY
ITG Brands LLC is the third-largest American nicotine manufacturing company in the United States, headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with locations in North America, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. ITGB is the US subsidiary of Imperial Brands plc (FTSE 30) - a fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer, marketer, distributor, and seller of a wide range of tobacco products and increasing next generation products (NGPs).
Reporting to the Global Head of Security Operations at Imperial Brands, and dotted line to the Legal and Regulatory Function (ITGB), this role will lead all activities across the region to establish and maintain effective security and business continuity protocols that safeguard the interests of ITGB, its people and stakeholders, and its reputation as a good corporate citizen.
- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Risk Identification & Assessment
- Continuously identify, assess, and prioritize security and continuity risks using a dynamic heat map, ensuring real-time visibility of material threats across ITGB operations.
- Conduct regular threat assessments and scenario analyses to evaluate emerging risks to people, facilities, and operations.
- Provide risk-based assurance to the ITGB Senior Leadership Team, recommending proportionate and pragmatic mitigation strategies.
- Support global activities targeting the illicit trade in tobacco products
- Operational Risk Mitigation
- Lead the execution and tracking of risk remediation plans with clear timelines and accountability.
- Ensure consistent application of the Group Asset Protection Programme (GAPP) standards to safeguard physical and information assets.
- Monitor the regional threat landscape and issue timely risk advisories to business units, including travel, protest, geopolitical, and security-related threats.
- Incident Management & Response
- Design and execute scenario-based drills (e.g., active shooter, natural disaster, cyberattack) aligned with regional threat profiles.
- Act as a regional escalation point during security related incidents, coordinating with global teams and local responders.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Build and maintain effective relationships with regional and global stakeholders, including IT, P&C, Legal, and Supply Chain.
- Provide governance oversight and reporting on security KPIs, audit findings, and improvement actions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, embedding risk awareness and resilience into day-to-day operations.
- Ensure third-party partners meet minimum security standards through due diligence and contract clauses.

Qualifications- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience.
- Experience working in a similar operational role within a manufacturing & supply chain environment
- Ability to lead in an unpredictable, incident led environment.
- Appreciation of ITGB's Corporate Responsibilities.
- Flexibility, energy and a willingness to work on an international basis - some travel required (e.g. quarterly)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professionally qualified in relevant discipline.
- Understanding of the global business and the functional interdependencies of other groups.
- Demonstrable investigative and project orientated management skills.
- Previous law enforcement/security agency/military experience.
Work Environment and Physical Demand - Light to moderate physical effort; may occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional travel.
- Exposure to varied work environments including office, production, and field settings.
- May be exposed to second-hand smoke or vape in certain locations.

Annual Base Salary Range: $138417.00 - $221466.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
