  • Maintain Facility Clearance (FCL) records and manage associated reporting requirements, inspections, and communications with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
  • Lead classified material control processes, ensuring secure receipt, storage, handling, and transmission of classified information across all applicable programs and facilities.
  • Coordinate and update Standard Practice Procedures (SPPs) and related documentation to reflect current requirements and practices under the NISPOM and company security policies.
  • Design and oversee security education, training, and awareness programs, including initial and annual briefings, SSA and GSC responsibilities, and individual safeguarding requirements.
  • Develop and manage internal self-inspection programs, ensuring proactive compliance and readiness for external audits and inspections by government agencies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing security team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff. Provide guidance on performance, development, and personnel decisions.
  • Manage the insider threat program at the facility level and support company-wide initiatives by collaborating with HR, Legal, and IT to detect, report, and respond to potential risks.
  • Participate as a key stakeholder in enterprise-level initiatives, cross-functional projects, and strategic planning efforts related to security, risk management, and business continuity.
