  • Developing market entry business cases with financial models, risk analysis, and implementation timelines
  • Forecasting real estate costs, identify optimization opportunities, and manage budget discipline across the portfolio
  • Leading end-to-end office launches from market evaluation through post-launch stabilization (site selection, lease negotiation, buildout, vendor management, launch execution)

Leadership & Team Management
  • Hiring, developing, and mentoring 3 office managers across regional hubs
  • Setting standards and frameworks for office operations, employee experience, and vendor management
  • Driving budgets, operational metrics, and employee satisfaction
  • Fostering collaboration across office locations and support local decision-making authority
  • Providing strategic guidance on complex operational decisions and escalations

What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of workplace management, real estate operations, or facilities leadership experience
  • Proven track record managing real estate portfolios across multiple locations or markets
  • Experience opening, scaling, or relocating office spaces in fast-growing tech or professional services companies
  • Deep expertise in lease negotiation, vendor management, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, facilities management, or related field
  • 8+ years of workplace/real estate operations experience, including managing multiple team.
  • Proven experience leading multi-market office expansion or portfolio management

What Sets You Apart
  • You've built or led real estate operations from near-zero in a scaling tech company
  • You bring a product mindset to operations: iterate, measure, and optimize based on employee feedback
  • You've navigated international expansion and understand multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures
  • You can influence senior leadership and push back constructively when needed
