Full Job Description
The Senior Manager, Quote to Cash leads quote-to-cash product and process enhancements for assigned region, balancing competing priorities across product and sales teams while coordinating closely with the Virtual Back Office (VBO) usage metering system. This role provides leadership to resources supporting the Configure, Price, and Contract Management workstreams and is accountable for resolving financial issues and discrepancies between systems.

Essential Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the planning and design of assigned region's quote-to-cash enhancements, including product design, process optimization, and automated entitlement improvements. Optimize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) design for international roll-out.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate product, pricing, and revenue requirements into scalable CPQ. Provide leadership to the CPQ and CLM teams by establishing and promoting best practices in product design.
  • Oversee and resolve accounting alignment across order management and revenue systems, including sales, billing, and revenue recognition. Ensure accurate financial reporting through close collaboration with the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with integration stakeholders (e.g., VBO, Workday, Sales and Revenue Engine (SRE)) to identify root causes of system failures and drive process improvements to enhance stability and performance.
  • Develop reports for product and sales to drive forecasting and insights into the product.
  • Actively coach and develop team members for performance management and personal/career growth in line with the values, expectations and culture of D&B.


Essential Skills and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
  • At least 10 years of experience in quota-to-cash, specifically with Revenue Cloud systems, preferably with 5 years at managerial capacity
  • Deep understanding of accounting and controls
  • Be adaptive to changes in fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail, as well as being a problem solver who takes the initiative
  • Good communications skills with different levels
  • Analytical, result-oriented and organized
  • Be independent and flexible with strong business acumen
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedules, willing to work outside normal working hours during close periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Skills
