Full Job Description
Description & Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic, client-facing AI leader to join our Quantitative & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions team. This role is built for a well-rounded consultant-someone who combines deep technical expertise in AI with the confidence, agility, and "athletic" delivery required to lead complex client engagements from strategy through execution.

You will work with some of the world's most iconic financial services institutions, partnering with senior stakeholders to solve their most complex quantitative and AI challenges. From defining enterprise AI strategies to deploying scalable AI solutions and shaping governance and risk frameworks, you will play a critical role in helping clients responsibly unlock the value of AI.

AI solutions span traditional AI and Machine Learning (ML), as well as Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), agent-based systems, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will bring hands-on AI experience and proven consulting leadership to help clients design, implement, and govern AI at scale. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage end-to-end engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives navigating AI transformation.

What You Will Do:

  • Advise clients on identifying and defining high-impact AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with executive and technical stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives based on value, feasibility, and risk.
  • Lead the development of enterprise and domain-specific AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Guide clients through AI implementation-from concept to production-ensuring scalability, robustness, and long-term sustainability.
  • Design and help deploy AI frameworks, infrastructure, and operating models.
  • Build and orchestrate agentic workflows and AI-enabled processes to support both client solutions and internal business activities.
  • Provide expert guidance on AI governance, policy, and responsible AI practices.
  • Identify AI-related risks and design metrics, controls, and monitoring approaches.
  • Support AI model evaluation, validation, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Manage AI-focused consulting engagements from initial scoping through delivery and close-out.
  • Coach, mentor, and review the work of consultants and senior consultants.
  • Serve as a confident, credible, and compelling client-facing leader.
  • Lead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Build and deepen long-term client relationships rooted in trust and delivery excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Hands-on AI experience across modeling, implementation, governance, and/or systems.
  • 8+ years of experience in AI, data analysis, quantitative analysis, or model development/validation
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience advising senior business leaders on AI, digital transformation, analytics, or operational strategy initiatives
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience developing and expanding executive-level client relationships, understanding client needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver AI, digital, and business transformation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Masters or PhD)
  • Relevant professional certifications such as:
    • GARP: Risk and AI (RAI)
    • US AI Institute: Certified Artificial Intelligence Scientist (CAIS)
    • Other recognized AI or data science credentials
  • Working knowledge of risk management lifecycles and established frameworks (e.g., NIST)
  • Prior experience in consulting or professional service
