Full Job Description
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to lead GxP operations for a pharmaceutical company's Rahway, NJ campus, providing strategic and day-to-day quality oversight across internal teams and GxP service providers.

This role ensures GxP compliance across scientific, laboratory, and shipping services, leading audits and investigations, root cause analysis, SOP development, training compliance, supplier oversight, and new hire GxP training.

In this specialized quality and compliance role, you'll support pharmaceutical and life sciences environments by ensuring adherence to GxP regulations and Quality Management System (QMS) standards. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain audit readiness, manage quality incidents, and optimize system performance across key compliance platforms.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $103445 - $133870

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring
  • Proven experience supporting quality and compliance initiatives within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments, with deep knowledge of GxP standards.
  • Hands-on expertise in leading or supporting L0-L4 audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up actions.
  • Background in working with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) teams and applying Quality Assurance practices in complex operational settings.
  • Excellent technical writing skills with the skills to clearly document deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and risk assessments.
  • Project management capabilities with the skillset to drive multiple compliance initiatives while meeting regulatory and organizational deadlines.
