The Senior Manager, Project Management, is responsible for developing and documenting processes for executing complex, cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role is a culture champion that drives performance through effective risk management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. The position also involves mentoring and developing team members, fostering collaboration, and promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices, the Senior Manager supports informed decision-making and sustainable project outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.
About the team:

The team leads end-of-life asset replacement programs for Realty projects, capital planning, and vendor management for planned maintenance activities. They provide regular budget and project updates to management while driving program management excellence through cross-functional leadership and effective communication. Focused on measurable outcomes, the team collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize resources and enhance operational processes. Committed to integrity and strategic planning, they ensure successful execution of enterprise-wide programs, supporting sustained growth and operational efficiency across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
