WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Own and lead the end-to-end delivery function for Finance IT Data Delivery Services, ensuring programs and projects are structured for predictable execution, measurable outcomes, and alignment to enterprise priorities.
  • Deliver initiatives using the most suitable execution model, including Agile, Iterative Waterfall, or hybrid methods, and tailor governance and delivery practices based on complexity, risk profile, and stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure business objectives are achieved within approved scope, budget, and timelines by proactively managing delivery plans, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and decision-making forums.
  • Establish and champion strong program governance by integrating project plans at the program level, maintaining clear control points, and driving execution assurance across concurrent initiatives.
  • Communicate progress, risks, financials, and outcomes transparently across business and technology teams, and lead high-quality status updates, demos, and retrospectives for senior stakeholders.
  • Remove impediments to delivery by actively managing cross-team dependencies, resolving blockers early, and applying critical thinking to develop practical, scalable solutions.
  • Improve team performance through coaching, clear accountability, and data-driven performance management, while enabling effective collaboration across technical and business platforms.
  • Build and maintain detailed delivery schedules, identify early warning indicators, direct timely risk and issue mitigation, and manage escalation paths through appropriate program and governance committees.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must Have:
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Agile Project Management or senior Scrum leadership, with proven success delivering complex programs in large-scale, high-volume Finance and Risk data processing environments.
  • Advanced proficiency with delivery and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, with the ability to standardize workflows, reporting, and execution discipline including hands-on experience with GenAI tools in project management.
  • Deep expertise in Agile delivery mechanics, including roadmap planning, milestone management, critical path tracking, product and sprint backlog governance, and release performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, high-visibility initiatives involving third-party vendors and major technology dependencies, while maintaining strong control over quality, timeline, and integration outcomes.
  • Strong command of SDLC, Agile ceremonies, risk and change management practices, and executive-level communication, with the ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional stakeholders effectively.


Nice-to-Have:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or Financial Services.
  • PMP designation and Certified Scrum Master/Coach credentials.
  • Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
