What you'll do: - Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Develop and communicate clear business plans, establish performance standards, and measure progress to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities to associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and drive informed decision-making across programs.
- Oversee program management process improvements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and gaining leadership approval.
- Analyze program performance using key metrics and recommend adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
