The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple business initiatives by developing and communicating strategic plans, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role oversees cross-functional teams, drives process improvements, and evaluates program performance to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The position fosters associate development through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. Collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures informed decision-making and continuous advancement of program objectives to deliver measurable business results.

The Senior Manager leads a dedicated team to ensure seamless meeting and workplace activations across key campus locations. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team combines operational excellence and leadership to enhance how associates gather and collaborate. Focused on high-quality execution and continuous improvement, the team supports a productive and engaging workplace that drives efficiency and fosters strong communication and decision-making.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
