Senior Manager, Product Marketing-Remote

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for responsible for creating repeatable frameworks and deliverables that connect product value to customer outcomes. This position will travel no more than 5% annually.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:
  • Build and implement standardized GTM frameworks, including positioning, messaging, launch tiering, release governance, and customer marketing processes across Wisetail and Alchemy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive GTM playbook defining launch processes, ownership, success metrics, and marketing best practices.
  • Own portfolio-level positioning and messaging, creating differentiated value propositions by industry, persona, and product line.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence resources, including quarterly battlecard updates and ongoing market research using AI and automation tools.
  • Create retention-focused messaging that highlights customer value drivers and addresses key churn risks.
  • Lead product launch planning and execution by managing a master launch calendar, coordinating cross-functional teams, and tracking adoption and performance metrics.
  • Deliver timely sales and customer enablement assets, including presentations, one-pagers, talk tracks, release communications, newsletters, and customer-facing content.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success by managing enablement repositories, measuring asset effectiveness, and developing customer advocacy programs, case studies, and success stories.
  • Establish a recurring market and competitive intelligence program, including monthly reports, win/loss analyses, and actionable recommendations for Product and Sales teams.
  • Manage and mentor Product Marketing Specialists while fostering a culture of accountability, documentation, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Expertise: 6+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with a proven track record of developing positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and GTM strategies that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Customer Focus: Experienced in partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create enablement materials, customer advocacy programs, retention initiatives, and compelling value-based storytelling; skilled at mentoring team members and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Execution & Communication Excellence: Highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively manages competing priorities, maintains customer


Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience in training, LMS, compliance, or frontline industries a plus.
