Role Summary
TheSeniorManagerPfizer Patient Services (PPS)Primary Care Strategyis responsiblefordrivingthedevelopment ofpatient services strategy,andprogrammatic design,for PfizerPrimary Careproducts.TheSenior Manager is responsible fordelivering programselements across thepatient journey,including:
- Program strategyand design
- Copay / affordabilitysupport
- Hubsupport / operations
- External landscape monitoring
- Program performance management
- Supporting brand leadership
This role willsitwithin the PPSPrimary CareBUStrategy verticaland will be accountable for ensuringclosealignment withBusiness UnitandBrand strategies. This role willensurePrimary Carepatient services programsare rooted in comprehensive understanding of the patient journey and patientsexperiencestakingPfizerPrimary Caretreatments.Primary Care covers various products, including but not limited to, Nurtec, Vaccines and the soon to be launched obesity products.
Role Responsibilities
Thisis a critical role responsiblefor developing and executingthestrategy for patientservicesprogramsfor PfizerPrimary CareBusiness Unit.ThisSenior Managerwill:
- Facilitateinteractions betweenPatient Services teams andBusinessUnitpartners,ensuring programs meet patient/ healthcareprovider needsand align to Business Unitstrategies
- Support the developmentand designofimpactful patient service programs forall priority on-market andpipelinebrands
- Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities while staying abreast oftherapeutic areatrends
- Support identification, evaluation, and management ofcost-effective vendor solutions
- ManageandoptimizePPS spend at the BU-level
- Facilitateintegration ofPPSleadershipstrategiesand performance in marketing plans, therapeutic areaplanningdocuments,and executive updates
- Proactivelyestablishstrong internal and external relationshipsacrossPPS, Primary Care, US Market Access (USMA), andenabling functions(e.g., Digital, Analytics, Chief Commercial Office)
- Beapart ofahigh-performing team of professionals,responsible fordesigning and executing patient support programs for the BU
- Ensure program operating proceduresare inalignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelor27s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
- 6+ years27 experience in Strategy / Management Consulting, or related arearequired
- Experience supportingPrimary Carebrandspreferred, but not required
- Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals toBU-specific strategies
- Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experiencein portfolio strategy, with a proven ability toidentifyopportunities,anticipatechallenges, and guide decision-making at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience in presenting tofunctionalleaders
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technicalproficiencyin Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability toreceiveandimplement direction from seniorcolleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
- Commitment toreceiving development andcoachingfrom leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer27s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
