Role Responsibilities
Thisis a critical role responsiblefor developing and executingthestrategy for patientservicesprogramsfor Pfizer Oncology Business Unit.ThisSenior Managerwill:
- Facilitateinteractions betweenPatient Services teams andBusinessUnitpartners,ensuring programs meet patient/healthcareprovider needsand align to Business Unitstrategies
- Support the developmentand designofimpactful patient service programs forall priority on-market andpipelinebrands
- Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities while staying abreast oftherapeutic areatrends
- Support identification, evaluation, and management ofcost-effective vendor solutions
- ManageandoptimizePPS spend at the BU-level
- Facilitateintegration ofPPSleadershipstrategiesand performance in marketing plans, therapeutic areaplanningdocuments,and executive updates
- Proactivelyestablishstrong internal and external relationshipsacrossPPS, Oncology, US Market Access (USMA), andenabling functions(e.g., Digital, Analytics, Chief Commercial Office)
- Beapart ofahigh-performing team of professionals,responsible fordesigning and executing patient support programs for the BU
- Ensure program operating proceduresareinalignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards
Basic Qualifications
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
- Bachelor degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
- 6+ years experience in BiopharmaPatient Services Strategy / Operations / Program Management, Strategy / Management Consulting, or related arearequired
- 2+ years direct experience supportingOncologybrandspreferred
- Relevant healthcare experience includes experience working in/with consulting, commercial biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives (e.g., marketing, commercial development, market access & pricing, etc.)
- Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to connect broader organizational goals toBU-specific strategies
- Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experiencein portfolio strategy, with a proven ability toidentifyopportunities,anticipatechallenges, and guide decision-making at scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience in presenting tofunctionalleaders
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technicalproficiencyin Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability toreceiveandimplement direction from seniorcolleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
- Commitment toreceiving development andcoachingfrom leadership

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $207,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
