As a People Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to help scale a multi-billion-dollar global advertising business by driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership development. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how a rapidly evolving global business grows, operates, and develops its talent at scale.
This role supports Walmart Connect International and works closely with leaders across the global ads business and Sam’s Club’s Member Access Platform (MAP). The People team partners directly with the business to strengthen organizational capability, scale talent, and support continued international growth and transformation.
What you'll do...- Partner with senior leaders to execute people and talent strategies aligned with business priorities
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Analyze people and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support organizational change initiatives and enhance operational effectiveness across teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and ethical standards

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
