We're searching for a strategic, people-focused, and forward-thinking Senior Manager, People Operations & Programs. Are you searching for new possibilities? This is a hybrid role, based at our Head Office in Surrey, BC.

Expected Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000, based on a 35-hour work week. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Once here you'll
  • Drive operational excellence across People & Performance, strengthening HR service delivery, employee and leader experiences, service standards, governance, and scalable processes that make it easier for people to get the support they need.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of key People & Performance programs and projects, creating the structure, governance, roadmaps, and accountability needed to turn strategic priorities into meaningful results
  • Play a key role in acquisition integration, helping bring new employees into Westland through thoughtful, coordinated people practices and a consistent employee experience
  • Provide operational leadership for Westland's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, helping turn our commitment to inclusion and belonging into meaningful programs, experiences, and measurable progress
  • Champion process improvement, automation, technology, and AI to simplify work, increase productivity, and create better experiences for employees, leaders, and the People & Performance team
  • Develop meaningful metrics and reporting that provide insight into service delivery and program effectiveness, helping identify opportunities and continuously improve the way we work
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building capability in program delivery, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and future-ready ways of working
  • Partner with People & Performance leaders, HRIS, Technology, and business teams to build scalable, innovative ways of working that support Westland's continued growth
