About the role

If you possess a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, media analytics, and emerging AI-driven data solutions, we'd love to welcome you aboard.

Join our Partner Results team in a pivotal role that collaborates across Marketing, AdOps, Partnership Success, Business Development, and more. You will evaluate media campaign performance, develop proactive optimization strategies, and increasingly leverage AI-powered tools and automation to scale insights and improve decision-making.

You will also engage directly with media agency clients, translating campaign objectives and KPIs into data-driven strategies - enhanced by predictive modeling, automated insight generation, and advanced analytics.

What you'll do

  • Developing comprehensive campaign measurement plans, KPIs, and benchmarks to enable robust performance tracking
  • Leveraging third-party data within Swoop Communities' internal analytics platform to monitor campaign performance and conduct trend analyses
  • Applying AI-driven analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and automated insight generation) to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating campaign performance across brands and conditions, incorporating machine-assisted analysis where appropriate
  • Collating and synthesizing data across conditions and brands to forecast campaign performance, including for new or data-sparse campaigns
  • Building scalable frameworks and tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to bridge data gaps and improve speed-to-insight
  • Delivering monthly performance insights and narratives across campaigns/brands to internal cross-functional teams
  • Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using data visualization and AI-assisted storytelling tools
  • Compiling campaign performance data to craft compelling, data-backed case studies for RFPs
  • Establishing consistent processes for performance check-ins and quarterly business reviews, incorporating automated reporting where possible
  • Leading client calls and using data (including modeled or inferred insights) to guide strategic discussions and gather feedback

Qualifications

  • A background in business, bioscience, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in media or data analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • A strong analytical mindset and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML tools or platforms for data analysis, forecasting, or automation (e.g., predictive modeling, clustering, NLP-based insights, or anomaly detection)
  • Familiarity with integrating AI tools (e.g., Python-based workflows, SQL, or AI-assisted analytics platforms) into day-to-day analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and storytelling
  • Experience building automated dashboards or workflows to scale reporting and insight generation
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses (including AI-driven outputs) into clear business insights
  • Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization
  • Experience assessing media performance for pharmaceutical campaigns is a plus
  • Familiarity with third-party datasets such as Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, and Comscore is highly desirable|

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience building or using AI assistants, automated insight-generation tools, or data pipelines
  • Exposure to prompt engineering or working with large language models (LLMs) for analytics or reporting workflows
  • Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar tools for advanced analytics and automation
  • Experience designing scalable knowledge bases or systems to incorporate historical campaign learnings

The pay range for this role is:
