Full Job Description
Develops and oversees internal professional development programs, ensuring timeline visibility and knowledge transfer. Manages and supports the assessment of organizational needs by identifying trends and leveraging complex data. Facilitates the advancement of strategic learning initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams. Stays informed on industry trends through research, data analysis, and synthesis. Develops and communicates findings, considerations, and recommendations to enhance organizational learning resources. Leads, coordinates, executes, and monitors performance outcomes and participant utilization to evaluate program effectiveness. Establishes metrics for accountability and tracks utilization of learning programs. Provides strategic consulting, nurturing alliances, and bridging gaps in learning and development strategies. Ensures project goals and objectives are achieved within the established scope and timeline. Develops processes for continuous improvement in partnership with the Executive Director. Collaborates with various stakeholder groups to execute strategic learning objectives and ensure alignment. Maintains professional knowledge of innovative practices in learning science, career development, and technology. Enhances the organization's learning culture by incorporating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. Education: • Doctorate [Preferred]• Master's in learning, organizational development, education, business, healthcare or related field [Required] Work Experience: • 3+ of progressive management experience leading teams and individuals to high performance [Required]• 5+ in developing and implementing one or more of the following: leadership & organizational development strategies, organizational change management, organizational improvement and/or process improvement programs, succession planning, employee training, and performance management programs.
