Senior Manager, Organizational Health & Effectiveness

Location: Fully Remote Must be available during East Coast business hours
Schedule: Full-Time Exempt
Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience

We are seeking a collaborative, data-driven Senior Manager of Organizational Health & Effectiveness to strengthen our culture, leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational performance. This role will partner with HR, Clinical Operations, and business leaders to assess organizational needs, improve manager effectiveness, support change, and develop practical solutions that improve the employee experience and business results.

What You'll Do
  • Lead employee listening efforts, including engagement surveys, focus groups, skip-level feedback, and other channels that help us understand the employee experience.
  • Analyze engagement, workforce, and organizational effectiveness data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across clinics, regions, functions, and leadership teams.
  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to develop focused action plans that improve engagement, communication, retention, team effectiveness, and manager capability.
  • Support Great Place to Work and other culture initiatives by helping leaders interpret feedback, prioritize improvements, and maintain accountability for follow-through.
  • Serve as an internal consultant, facilitator, and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness practices, team dynamics, employee development, and change.
  • Lead and enhance talent-management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, and individual development planning.
  • Support leadership-development programs focused on coaching, feedback, communication, accountability, and employee growth.
  • Facilitate workshops, team-effectiveness sessions, leader assimilations, and problem-solving discussions that improve alignment, collaboration, and performance.
  • Develop and execute change-management plans for HR, operations, technology, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Manage organizational effectiveness programs from planning through implementation, including timelines, communications, facilitation materials, stakeholder updates, and measures of success.
  • Evaluate program outcomes using people data, operational indicators, survey results, and stakeholder feedback, recommending improvements as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning and development, change management, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, performance management, change management, or talent-management programs.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze people data, survey findings, workforce trends, and qualitative feedback and translate them into clear, practical recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, judgment, and the ability to build credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
  • A resourceful, results-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs, overcome obstacles, and manage multiple priorities.
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and service orientation.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical services, multi-site operations, retail healthcare, or another distributed workforce environment.
  • Experience with engagement survey platforms, HRIS and learning-management systems, performance-management platforms, Microsoft Office, and data-visualization tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide culture, talent, or organizational transformation initiatives.
