The Opportunity
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful Oracle technology solutions. As a Senior Manager you shall guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You shall leverage your specialized knowledge and technical acumen of industry-leading business trends, the firm’s client service offerings, and professional industry networks to deliver quality results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. Additionally, you shall build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Oracle technology solutions
- Guide large-scale projects and oversee their successful implementation
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance operational productivity
- Engage with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Utilize specialized knowledge to deliver exceptional results
- Provide strategic insights to support the firm's business strategies
- Foster trust and collaboration among multi-level teams and stakeholders
- Motivate and coach teams to address and solve complex challenges
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 12 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Demonstrating consulting abilities to successfully manage client needs
- Exemplifying flexibility in prioritizing tasks and deliverables
- Building relationships and aligning technical solutions with business objectives
- Overseeing and driving Oracle Fusion Applications and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Developing awareness of Firm’s services, delivery models, tools, and accelerators
- Leading team of onshore and offshore technical professionals
- Demonstrating understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP applications and Oracle Fusion Architecture
- Using serverless technologies and microservice-based architecture
Travel Requirements
Up to 60%Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
