Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful implementation. This role provides data-driven insights to influence business strategies, drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, and collaborates cross-functionally to meet organizational goals. Responsible for supervising and developing teams, managing budgets, and fostering a high-performance environment, the position emphasizes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to company standards. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to deliver results aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do...
The Seller Support Operations team leads in building trusted relationships with sellers, enabling their success on the Walmart marketplace by promptly addressing challenges and guiding future opportunities. This team leverages technology to enhance interactions and fosters continuous skill development to support career growth within Walmart. As the frontline of seller support, the team collaborates across functions to improve processes, drive operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service. Members are empowered to innovate, influence business strategies, and contribute to a culture focused on excellence, integrity, and sustained performance.

What you'll do:

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
