As the Senior Manager, Operations - Key Accounts, you'll provide operational leadership for one of our strategic customer business units, driving cross-functional execution across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Design.

This role serves as the operational bridge between customer commitments and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring successful execution while developing processes, improving operational performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

💡 What You'll Do
  • Lead operational execution for a Key Account business unit by partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Design.
  • Drive production planning, demand forecasting, inventory readiness, capacity planning, and operational priorities to support customer requirements.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, and Account Management to proactively identify operational risks, resolve production issues, and improve product quality and performance.
  • Develop, analyze, and communicate operational metrics, dashboards, forecasts, and executive reports that support data-driven decision making.
  • Lead operational reviews evaluating inventory, capacity utilization, forecast accuracy, customer service metrics, and overall business performance.
  • Partner with Finance to support costing analysis, pricing reviews, profitability reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.
  • Serve as the business owner for operational systems including Epicor, Salesforce, Power BI, and other reporting tools while partnering with IT on enhancements and system improvements.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures, workflows, and reporting processes that improve consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Support new product introductions by coordinating operational readiness across Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and Design teams to ensure customer expectations align with operational execution.

• What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Program Operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and quality systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and business reporting tools.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Occasional travel to company facilities, suppliers, and customer locations.
