Role summary:

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Improvement to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across business processes. This role involves managing projects, implementing change management strategies, and optimizing resource allocation to support organizational goals. The successful candidate will utilize performance management and workflow tools to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure effective governance. Strong expertise in operations management and data-driven decision-making is essential to deliver measurable results and sustain long-term operational excellence within a dynamic environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
