Senior Manager of Inside Sales
Appleton, WI

Summary:

The Sr Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for the operations and management of the Spare Parts & Wear Parts. They will align and manage the organization to achieve growth and implement defined strategies. They will help to unify the Inside Sales organization and make processes more efficient. The Sr Inside Sales Manager will work with the Spare Parts Manager to drive profitable growth in the Spare Parts Business Case, managing pricing and gross margins. The Sr Inside Sales Manager will work with Webshop Manager to grow our Webshop business and streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Management of Inside Sales North and Sale Managers, Technical Service Sales and Pricing while connecting employees to a share vision with clear priorities.
  • Foster training and development of direct reports through feedback and coaching.
  • Work within teams and other groups to optimize and speed up processes.
  • Work with KPI's to drive business result and communicating business developments and results.
  • Drive after-market business by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer needs are met.

Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
