Job Purpose
The Senior Manager, Marketing for Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) at ICE is responsible for forming and delivering marketing programs for ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services business segment globally. Reporting to the Director of Marketing this role sits in the Growth Marketing team, responsible for building coherent and impactful go-to-market messaging and campaigns that raise awareness and sales demand for FIDS products and solutions.
Responsibilities include effective planning and activation of campaigns across paid, owned and earned media - including social media, video, email and paid advertising. Working closely with business stakeholders to identify target audiences and define effective positioning and messaging. In conjunction with Product, Sales and Business Development produce robust solution and sales materials such as pitch decks, website pages, brochures and factsheets. Remain focused on business goals and related marketing measures, with regular reporting of activity and outcomes.
The candidate will be confident in applying their skills and experience to reach and credibly engage top tier financial services clients such as global asset management firms, hedge funds, investment banks, fund administrators and pension fund owners. They will have and continue to develop a deep understanding of fixed income and capital markets, and how ICE and FIDS proposition delivers long-term customer value through transparency, liquidity and innovation.
The candidate requires a positive and self-motivating personality with the ability to proactively produce and collaborate across a marketing and communications matrix team, and across multiple stakeholders in Product, Business Development, Sales, Operations, Legal and more. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, contribute independently and as part of a global team, and be a clear, concise and consistent communicator.

New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $140,000 - 200,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
