Full Job Description
PURPOSE

The Senior Manager, Marketing Communications & Growth leads the strategic development and cross-functional execution and performance of our marketing ecosystem. There are three core pillars of focus:
  1. Corporate website & personalization
  2. Brand & performance marketing
  3. Growth and automation


This role serves as the central engine of the marketing department, transforming business priorities across internal partners, dealers and external partners to deliver outcome-driven programs that strengthen brand awareness, optimize the digital website and drive dealership sales growth through scalable processes and data-driven insights.

This position reports to the Director, Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand & Communication Strategy
  • Develop end-to-end integrated communication strategies with the agency partners across all channels to achieve brand KPIs, business goals and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the integrity of brand standards by establishing governance guidelines and overseeing all brand creative development with global brand direction.
  • Work in partnership with MMC and other distributors to ensure alignment of brand assets shaping sponsorships, influencer initiatives and brand collaborations that strengthen awareness and audience engagement.


2. Digital Ecosystem & Website Management
  • Lead the strategic direction for all consumer-facing web properties (CWS), ensuring a frictionless, cohesive digital experience with continuous optimization for improved engagement.
  • Drive personalization initiatives, A/B testing programs, and CRO strategies to deliver seamless, conversion-focused journeys.
  • Utilize performance analytics, search optimization (SEO/SEM), and UX insights to inform roadmap decisions.


3. Marketing Operations & Martech
  • Define and manage the marketing technology stack (media, social, analytics, and CRM) to ensure seamless data integration and attribution.
  • Establish scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency between internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Ensure full compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CASL) and legal standards for all advertising materials.


4. Retail & Dealer Support
  • Oversee the Dealer Digital Advertising Program and Tier 2/3 retail campaigns to drive footfall and leads to dealerships.
  • Manage the digital asset management (DAM) platform to provide dealers with relevant, high-quality creative assets.


5. Financial Management & Analysis
  • Responsible for the management and monthly reconciliation of annual budgets
  • Analyze market data and campaign results (traffic, conversion rates, brand health) to shape future strategies and report KPIs to executive stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years direct responsibility in marketing, advertising, or agency, preferably focused in automotive.
  • MBA degree in marketing or business administration preferable
  • Proven track record in digital advertising, strategic development, dealer operations and advertising, CRM, website management and data management.
  • Research proficiency
