About the roleAs a Senior Manager - Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management, you will make an impact by leading business consulting engagements that help clients transform manufacturing operations, supply chain management, Industry 4.0, asset management, and quality functions. You will be a valued member of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, account teams, solution teams, and consulting leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Lead consulting engagements across manufacturing operations, supply chain management, Industry 4.0, asset management, and quality, helping clients define practical transformation opportunities and future-state operating models.
- Facilitate client workshops to conduct process discovery, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business requirements into actionable IT and business solutions.
- Partner with client partners, CRMs, and account teams to support proposals, RFP/RFI responses, go-to-market strategies, market research, and points of view that create new consulting opportunities.
- Develop thought leadership in manufacturing and supply chain management through white papers, webinars, analyst engagement, and relevant industry insights.
- Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and senior consultants by setting goals, providing coaching, supporting career development, and contributing to hiring and talent retention efforts.
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead through personal leadership, organizational leadership, and business leadership, including building trust, driving purpose, managing ambiguity, and maintaining strong client focus.

What you must have to be considered- 8-12 years of experience in business consulting, professional services, advisory, or transformation programs, with strong exposure to manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Experience leading consulting engagements in manufacturing operations, supply chain management, Industry 4.0, asset management, quality, or related transformation areas.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate client workshops, conduct process discovery, identify transformation opportunities, and design future-state processes.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. ,
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing consulting teams, including consultants and senior consultants.

These will help you succeed- Experience in at least one additional supply chain area such as planning, sourcing and procurement, warehousing, or logistics.
- Project management experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with at least one supply chain management or manufacturing platform.
- Prior experience with a Tier-1 management consulting firm.
- Knowledge of industry research, benchmarking resources, and current technology trends relevant to manufacturing and supply chain management. ,

CompensationThe annual salary for this position is expected to be between
$105,000 and $160,000, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
