This is an opportunity to join the Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) Mission Area supporting Global Patriot as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for overseeing at a regional level the entire forecasting process by working closely with your team as well as regional & functional finance leaders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex & high-profile program area. This role will allow for high visibility during various monthly & quarterly reviews to LW&AD Leadership as well as Regional Program Area & Functional Leadership Teams.
This role is being offered onsite in Tewksbury, MA and relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Oversee forecasting process at a regional level including month end close deliverables. Ensuring accuracy & completeness of data
Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routines including the following: Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Investment Planning, Monthly Operation Reviews, Monthly Forecast Reviews, and Balance Sheet Reviews
Manage and analyze large amounts of data from various sources in support of various requests
Support frequent ad-hoc requests
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field & a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
Experience with APEX, RPlan, or a similar toolset
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience briefing financials to various levels of management

Ability to meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management
Strong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenarios
Experience with large, complex programs
Experience interfacing with various functional disciplines

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
