Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Department: Marketing

Direct Supervisor: VP, Ecommerce & Digital Product

Status: Full-time

Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Lifecycle will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer communications across email, SMS, and app push notifications for the Formula 1 Hard Rock Miami Grand Prix and Miami Open.

Reporting directly to the VP, Ecommerce & Digital Product, this role will lead a team of three and be responsible for developing lifecycle marketing strategies that enrich customer data, improve personalization, deepen customer understanding, and increase the value of the organization's customer database.

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, strong CRM expertise, and a data-driven approach to developing customer experiences that drive engagement, revenue, and long-term customer value.

Location:

  • This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.


Responsibilities:

Lifecycle Strategy & Customer Growth
  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and app push notifications
  • Develop lifecycle programs that increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Create lifecycle roadmaps, communication strategies, and audience frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Identify opportunities to increase the value and monetization of the customer database


Customer Insights & Segmentation
  • Lead customer profiling and persona development efforts
  • Partner closely with CRM and analytics teams to leverage customer data and improve audience targeting
  • Define segmentation and personalization strategies that improve communication relevance and performance
  • Identify opportunities to enrich first-party customer data and strengthen customer understanding
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM team on audience and segmentation development while providing strategic direction on targeting requirements, customer personas, and communication strategies


CRM & Lifecycle Optimization
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to support audience development, personalization, customer journeys, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate with CRM, analytics, digital product, brand, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lifecycle marketing capabilities
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities
  • Develop reporting and recommendations that connect lifecycle marketing efforts to business outcomes
  • Create executive-ready reports, recommendations, and strategic presentations for leadership review


Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three lifecycle marketing professionals
  • Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and operating processes
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Balance strategic leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution when required
  • Allocate resources effectively across initiatives, campaigns, and business priorities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer marketing, or marketing automation
  • 2+ years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, including audience creation, segmentation, workflow automation, campaign management, reporting, and lifecycle marketing execution
  • Proven experience developing customer personas, customer profiles, segmentation strategies, and personalized marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into measurable business results
  • Experience managing email, SMS, and mobile app push notification programs
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with Attentive is preferred but not required
