Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, IT PMO & Integration leads enterprise IT project governance, portfolio management, and execution oversight across the organization. This role is responsible for driving delivery excellence, coordinating IT resources and external partners, and supporting technology due diligence and integration efforts associated with acquisitions and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise IT project and portfolio management processes, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee PMO standards, project methodologies, reporting, resource planning, and execution tracking across the IT organization.
  • Serve as the primary IT coordinator for acquisition-related technology due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close execution activities.
  • Manage relationships with consulting partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive accountability, execution discipline, and successful project outcomes.
  • Support IT budgeting, forecasting, project financial tracking, and resource capacity planning.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance IT operational effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO leadership roles.
  • Experience leading enterprise technology initiatives, governance processes, and resource planning activities.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformation efforts.

Preferred:
  • Experience working with consulting firms and multi-vendor environments.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, SDLC, and project governance best practices.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications.
