  • Maintain application governance: change control, access management, data integrity, and system documentation (SOPs, validation protocols, configuration records).

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and HR teams to gather requirements, prioritize the applications roadmap, and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between IT and the business, building relationships that keep stakeholders informed and engaged through system changes.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, retire redundant tools, and improve system efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Perform IT project management responsibilities as needed, including planning, tracking, and delivery of applications initiatives.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of IT applications experience, including 2+ years in a management or team-lead capacity.

  • Cross-functional collaborator- builds trusted working relationships across Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and HR system changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptable- comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and regulated environment; adjusts quickly as priorities and systems change.
