Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager, International Tax Services to join our team and own the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on a wide range of international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, global expansion, and inbound investment into Canada.
  • Lead the planning and execution of complex tax engagements, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions that create value for clients.
  • Review and oversee technical tax research, memoranda, tax reorganizations, and compliance engagements, ensuring accuracy and technical excellence.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and support business growth.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through business development activities, thought leadership, and collaboration across service lines.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and exceptional client service.

Your experience and education

  • You have completed your Canadian CPA designation and either the In-Depth Tax Course or a Master of Taxation (MTax).
  • You have 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a strong focus on Canadian and International Tax.
  • Bilingual in English and French due to the frequent and complex contact with our English-speaking partners and clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, and the need to draft documents in English, knowledge of English is essential for this position.
  • You possess deep technical knowledge of Canadian and international tax legislation, including cross-border tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
  • You have experience leading complex tax engagements, including tax reorganizations, international expansion initiatives, and corporate tax planning projects.
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen and are skilled at developing practical, client-focused solutions to complex tax matters.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • You are committed to delivering outstanding client service and fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
