Full Job Description
About the Role

As a Senior Manager on the Integrated Marketing team, you'll design and lead our most ambitious integrated campaigns with the consumer experience at the center. You don't think in one-off assets, channels, or executions - you think in journeys: coherent, sequenced experiences that meet people where they are and move them from first exposure to conversion.

Partnering with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Growth, and Channel teams, you'll turn company priorities into work that's genuinely compelling, and you'll own each campaign from strategy through in-market execution and measurement - acting as the quality layer between strategy and creative and protecting the integrity of the experience as work moves from brief to launch.

In this role, you'll:

  • Design the consumer journey: Own the end-to-end consumer experience for priority campaigns - mapping the full arc from first exposure through conversion and deciding what each audience should see, feel, and do at every stage - while managing between scope, quality, and time to market.
  • Own campaign management: Lead integrated campaigns end to end across paid, owned, and earned - from brief and conceptual development through stakeholder alignment, flawless execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Steward brand & creative: Write the briefs that translate positioning, product priorities, and customer insight into clear creative direction, and act as the quality layer between strategy and execution while partnering with internal and agency Creative teams in service of breakthrough work.
  • Lead media: Own media strategy - channel mix, targeting, flighting, and investment rationale across all media, including social, OOH, TV, and experiential - and manage agency partners as the primary point of contact against scope, timelines, and performance.
  • Measure & optimize: In partnership with Data Science, define the measurement frameworks, track performance against business goals, and turn results into clear recommendations and repeatable best practices that sharpen future campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Brand, Growth, and Channel teams to bring campaigns to life for maximum impact.

Skills you'll bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years in integrated or campaign marketing spanning product GTM, brand, and growth, including significant experience leading large, complex, multi-channel programs. A plus if your product experience is in tech and/or fintech.
  • Consumer-experience obsession: You design journeys grounded in real customer insight and can point to campaigns that felt coherent and intentional end to end.
  • Brief-writing craft: You translate positioning and insight into clear, inspiring creative direction, with a strong point of view on what great integrated work looks like.
  • Channel fluency: You're proficient in planning and executing across all marketing channels, including TV, OOH, social, content, and performance marketing.
  • Communication excellence: You're able to communicate and influence at an executive level, with fluency in adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
  • Agility & adaptability: You're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and you can pivot as needed to match market dynamics.
  • Bonus: You have a track record of leading breakthrough campaigns.
