Gestionnaire, spécialiste des assurances-vie

Le Directeur spécialiste en assurance-vie est responsable de fournir des solutions d'assurance stratégiques aux clients, de soutenir les conseillers et les partenaires, et de stimuler la croissance au sein de la pratique d'assurance de la firme, plus précisément au Québec. Ce rôle combine une expertise technique avec la gestion de la relation client, le développement des affaires au sein de la firme et des responsabilités de leadership, assurant que les clients reçoivent des stratégies d'assurance-vie personnalisées, conformes et axées sur la valeur.

Responsabilités

  • Offrir des stratégies d'assurance vie personnalisées, notamment des solutions permanentes, temporaires et d'avantages viagers, en fonction des objectifs financiers, fiscaux et de planification successorale des clients
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec des entrepreneurs, des clients de sociétés privées et des particuliers fortunés pour identifier et répondre à leurs besoins en matière d'assurance
  • Diriger des mandats complexes impliquant la planification successorale, le transfert de richesse, l'optimisation fiscale et la planification de la relève
  • Effectuer des analyses des besoins en assurance, des examens de polices et des évaluations de la couverture afin de formuler des recommandations personnalisées
  • Participer aux réunions et aux présentations avec les clients, en fournissant une expertise technique et en établissant des relations de confiance
  • Établir et maintenir de solides réseaux de référence avec les parties prenantes internes
  • Travailler avec notre équipe interne pour élaborer des propositions, des présentations pour les clients, etc.
  • Appuyer les objectifs de croissance régionaux et nationaux en fonction des priorités stratégiques de la firme
  • Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour offrir des solutions globales axées sur le client
  • Agir à titre d'expert dans un domaine particulier, en offrant des conseils et de la formation aux conseillers internes sur les stratégies et les produits d'assurance
  • Favoriser une approche collaborative et axée sur l'ensemble de l'entreprise afin de consolider les relations et d'améliorer l'expérience client
  • Reste informé des tendances de l'industrie, des mises à jour réglementaires et des évolutions du marché afin d'améliorer les résultats pour les clients
  • Promouvoir une culture enracinée dans la responsabilisation, la collaboration et la haute performance

Compétences et expérience

  • 5+ années d'expérience dans le conseil en assurance-vie, la planification financière ou les services financiers
  • Expérience avérée en matière de conseils aux propriétaires d'entreprises et aux clients fortunés concernant des stratégies complexes de planification successorale et d'assurance
  • Solide expérience en gestion de la clientèle et en développement des affaires
  • Connaissance approfondie des solutions d'assurance vie, des considérations fiscales et des concepts de planification successorale

The Manager, Life Insurance Specialist is responsible for delivering strategic insurance solutions to clients, supporting advisors and partners, and driving growth within the firm's insurance practice specifically in Quebec.
