Full Job Description
Job Description

The Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement is responsible for driving enterprise-wide value across all indirect spend categories by building strong procurement processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and providing visibility across brands and businesses. This role focuses on governance, analytics, and optimization ensuring the organization operates as one collective entity with vendors rather than as separate brands.

In this role you will partner closely with various areas of the business to ensure contracts are fully leveraged, pricing is accurate, spend is compliant, and vendor relationships deliver their full intended value.

In this role you will:

Enterprise Procurement Governance & Process
  • Align sourcing strategies with enterprise business objectives
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve indirect procurement processes to support consistency, compliance, and scalability across all brands
  • Establish and maintain standardized policies for vendor onboarding, contract usage, purchase approvals, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Act as the central point of coordination to ensure indirect procurement activities are aligned across brands and functions

Spend Visibility & Reconciliation
  • Own enterprise-level spend tracking, reporting, and performance metrics ensuring complete visibility across all brands and categories
  • Partner with Finance and Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices, pricing, rebates, credits, and contractual entitlements
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, volume commitments, service levels, or missed savings opportunities
  • Execute cost-reduction and value-creation initiatives to realize savings while maintaining or improving service levels

Cross-Brand Value Optimization
  • Analyze enterprise spend to identify opportunities to aggregate volume, streamline vendors, and maximize leverage across brands
  • Ensure existing agreements are fully utilized and benefits (discounts, rebates, service levels) are consistently realized
  • Provide insights and recommendations that enable the company to operate as one buyer with vendors, not multiple independent entities

Vendor & Contract Management
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for key indirect vendors, focused on performance management and compliance
  • Maintain centralized contract repositories and ensure accuracy of terms, renewals, pricing structures, and obligations
  • Monitor vendor performance against contractual commitments and operational expectations

Stakeholder Partnership
  • Collaborate with Leaders across all Brands and functional areas to support indirect procurement needs and identify opportunities to improve products and services and address any issues in processes
  • Educate stakeholders on procurement processes

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in senior role within indirect procurement, sourcing operations, or procurement governance, preferably in retail, digital and preferably multi-brand environments
  • Strong experience with spend analysis, reconciliations, contract compliance, and savings realization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes across multiple business units or brands
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with procurement tools, ERPs, and spend analytics platforms
  • Process-driven mindset with a passion for structure, accuracy, and continuous improvement
  • Strong financial and reconciliation acumen
  • Ability to influence without direct authority across diverse brands and stakeholders
  • Comfortable balancing strategic analysis with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
