Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a high-profile regional portfolio, serving as the primary HR liaison to the client and a trusted advisor to operational leaders across multiple sites. This pivotal role blends hands-on regional execution with strategic multi-site leadership, focusing on high-volume recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, and payroll management. It is a highly visible opportunity to influence decision-making, guide leaders, and elevate the employee experience across a diverse and fast-paced region.

In this role, you will provide strategic HR partnership to regional leadership while driving workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy for our frontline teams. You will lead high-volume recruitment efforts and ensure strong pipelines across multiple locations. You will oversee employee relations and investigations with a balanced, people-first approach, while managing labor relations, including contract interpretation and grievance handling. What You'll Do

  • Manage labor relations - Interpret CBAs, support grievance handling, and partner effectively with union representatives.
  • Oversee payroll and compliance - Ensure accurate payroll, flawless HR recordkeeping, and adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Elevate frontline culture - Lead HR initiatives that strengthen engagement, retention, communication, and development for hourly teams.
