Job Description:Provides guidance for front line leaders on coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application. Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership, maintaining open communication to execute programs, services, and solutions for achieving business objectives. Leads the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives at a regional or divisional level, translating local business requirements into human resources goals and actions aligned with strategic initiatives. Manages workforce planning by partnering with line managers to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy. Consults with human resources shared services to drive talent acquisition strategies, supports departmental labor demand models, and designs new hire experience, onboarding, and orientation. Spearheads compliance efforts related to regulatory standards, including generating written responses, reviewing data for accuracy, performing file audits, and providing documentation to appropriate authorities. Collaborates with leadership to execute organizational development strategies in performance management, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement. Reviews analysis provided by shared services compensation regarding market data, assigned pay grades, job codes, merit increases, and provides consultative feedback on local compensation strategies. Leads execution of employee wellness programs, including incentives and tracking participation. Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives, leads projects related to employee retention, and manages employee events and communication. Provides guidance to leaders in the administration and interpretation of policies, assuring consistent administration and human resources education and training on policies and compliance. Monitors workforce data, collects and analyzes human resources metrics, identifies trends, formulates insights, prepares reports and presentations, and makes recommendations to drive key business opportunities. Serves as a champion for the HR operating model and serves as the primary liaison between leadership and COE to ensure that services and solutions are driving business objectives and aligned with non-actue business vertical needs Serves as change agent, demonstrating the ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy-in at multiple levels within the organization. Drives employee engagement and change management activities. Coaches leaders through change management processes, advising them on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
- Working knowledge of a variety of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics and employee engagement [Required]

Education: - Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study: - in HR, business, or related field

Work Experience: - 3+ experience in a related field [Required]
- 3+ leadership experience [Preferred]
Additional Information: An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelors and 3+ years of experience in a related field OR
- Graduate of the AH Leadership Residency program and 3+ years of experience in a related field OR
- Associates and 5+ years of experience in a related field OR
- High School Grad or Equiv and 7+ years of experience in a related field
