Senior Manager, HR Operations

The Institutes are committed to providing customer-first innovative solutions that best empower risk and insurance professionals to help those in need. We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager of HR Operations, who will be responsible for leading and optimizing HR operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role oversees HR service delivery, systems, and policies, driving continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR services.
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and analytics into HR processes to improve decision-making, enhance employee experience, and optimize workflows.
  • Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR operations, including bias mitigation and data privacy.
  • Leverage HR technology and automation to streamline workflows.
  • Lead and develop the HR Generalists / HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and support for complex employee relations and operational issues.
  • Oversee HRIS administration and ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Generalists/HR Business Partners and other departments to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.


What We're Looking For:
