Labcorp is seeking a US based remote Senior Manager, HLEX Advisor to join our team! (This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.)

Position Summary:

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead with a client-focused, value-delivery mindset. You will help redefine how laboratories operate, deliver care, and demonstrate value. You'll lead a team committed to partnering with clients to solve real-world problems and improve healthcare delivery through continuous improvement, technology, and insight You will be responsible for directing a team of Program managers who serve as trusted advisors to healthcare organizations, partnering with laboratory leaders to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable changes, and leverage data to drive impact. You will champion continuous improvement principles across all engagements and support the development of scalable frameworks, tools, and training that amplify value realization across our customer base.

The Senior Program Manager plays a consultative leadership role, guiding our Program Manager teams in delivering value-based solutions to customers through continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and stakeholder alignment. This role integrates expertise in medical laboratory science, business analytics, IT, and strategic project management to advance client outcomes and optimize system performance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • ASCP certification
  • 9 or more years of experience in laboratory operations, analytics, or improvement
  • 5 or more years of experience with Advanced Excel, SQL, Notepad++, SQLite Expert, and data visualization tools


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master of Science degree
  • 5 or more years of experience with Lean, Six Sigma


Additional Job Standards:
  • Demonstrated experience in consultative roles, collaborating directly with executive-level clients
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, value-based programs
  • Effective communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into strategic value for clients

Pay Range: $140k-$160k annually (USD)

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan. Bonuses are payable based on corporate and/or business segment performance and are subject to individual performance modifiers.

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
