This role will help make Highspot a trusted single source of truth for sales and partner enablement content, enabling stronger seller productivity, partner readiness, platform adoption and AI-enabled content experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Own and lead the global Highspot content governance programme across relevant sales and partner content areas, ensuring clear standards, ownership and accountability are embedded across teams.

• Create and operationalise repeatable templates, content structures and quality standards for SmartPages, sales plays, learning paths, product hubs and other enablement assets.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, Sales, Partner, Marketing, Regional GTM, IT and Data teams to drive content ownership, remediation and ongoing compliance.
• Lead content audits and governance health reviews, using Highspot analytics and stakeholder feedback to identify stale, duplicated, low-value or non-compliant content and drive remediation.
• Hold cross-functional content owners to account for agreed actions, timelines, standards and quality outcomes, escalating risks and decisions where governance standards are not being met.
• Improve seller and partner content findability, trust and adoption by ensuring content is role-relevant, current, easy to navigate and aligned to priority GTM motions.
• Enable AI-ready content practices by ensuring content is structured, tagged, governed and maintained in a way that supports credible search, recommendations and AI-powered enablement experiences.

Skills, know-how and experience:
• Experience in sales enablement, content operations, revenue technology, product marketing or GTM operations, ideally in a global or matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of Highspot or comparable sales enablement platforms, including content architecture, governance, analytics and seller adoption.
• Proven ability to build governance frameworks, operating models, standards and repeatable processes that scale across teams and regions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge and hold senior cross-functional teams to account without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex content and process issues into clear decisions and actions.
• Strong analytical capability, including the ability to use content health, engagement and adoption data to identify issues, prioritize remediation and measure impact.
• Strong change management skills, with experience driving adoption of new standards, behaviors and ways of working across distributed teams.
• Practical understanding of seller and partner workflows, with the ability to translate business needs into content structures that improve field execution.
