What You Will Do: - Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for healthcare organizations, aligning business goals with operational and financial performance to drive sustainable growth.
- Oversee complex research and data analysis efforts, translating insights into actionable strategies that inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery across a portfolio of strategic and operational engagements.
- Direct comprehensive performance assessments, including financial modeling, operational benchmarking, and clinical analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate and validate strategic recommendations within financial, organizational, and regulatory frameworks, ensuring feasibility and alignment with client objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining executive-level relationships and providing thought leadership across engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Drive business development efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of new opportunities through relationship-building and market awareness.
- Ensure effective project governance, including scope management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to shape client strategies and enhance the firm's service offerings.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in a Business of Healthcare discipline
- 7+ year(s) of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in strategic planning, service line planning, ambulatory planning, and/or transformation-wide strategy
Preferred Qualifications: - MBA, MHA, MPH, or MPA
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
