About the jobJoin a role where you'll serve as the primary Health & Safety leader for an assigned zone, supporting airport lounge operations through hands-on oversight, training, and compliance. You will lead food safety, health and safety, environmental safety, and quality assurance efforts, acting as the formal escalation point for safety-related issues. With significant travel, you will partner closely with operations, auditors, and frontline teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service across all locations.
The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $86275 - $133870
Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

What you'll bring - Experience leading health, safety, and food safety programs in food service or food manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety and environmental health regulations.
- Expertise conducting audits, managing corrective actions, and coaching teams on HACCP, allergens, sanitation, and safe work practices.
- Proven record of serving as the escalation point for safety incidents and resolving recurring operational issues.
- Required certifications such as ServSafe, CFPM, HACCP, and Allergen Awareness.
