  • Translate customer, field, account, and business insights into practical recommendations that strengthen promotional strategy and execution.
  • Build scalable activation frameworks, account playbooks, feedback loops, and other tools that improve consistency, speed, and execution quality.

  • Support priority-account activation by connecting messaging, customer insights, data, tools, field needs, and execution plans.
  • Partner with Global and internal brand teams to adapt relevant insights, assets, and strategies for effective U.S. commercial execution.
  • Identify opportunities to apply ICLUSIG learnings, content models, and activation capabilities to broader hematology or enterprise commercial priorities.
  • Establish feedback loops to assess performance, identify gaps, and refine activation priorities over time.

Ideal Candidate
  • Strong understanding of HCP marketing, promotional strategy, and commercial execution within a complex and regulated environment.
  • Ability to move from strategy to execution-translating customer insights and brand priorities into messaging frameworks, content, resources, and activation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner across functions to develop, refine, and curate impactful key messages for distinct customer, account, and channel needs.
  • Strong digital fluency, including experience with AI-enabled content development, digital asset creation, and modern approaches that improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Experience working across brand teams, Global partners, and matrixed cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project-leadership skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into practical tools, content, and execution guidance for internal and field-facing audiences.
  • Comfort influencing without formal authority and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared priorities.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to balance strategic ambition, customer relevance, and compliant execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible marketing, commercial strategy, customer engagement, or related experience; 3+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or other regulated commercial experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience translating brand strategy, customer insights, and business priorities into HCP messaging, promotional content, field-facing tools, and activation plans.

  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets, agency/vendor relationships, scopes of work, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Strong digital and AI fluency, including experience using approved capabilities to improve content development, engagement planning, workflow efficiency, and insight generation in a compliant manner.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20-30%, including occasional overnight and limited weekend travel for internal meetings, customer engagements, and industry conferences.
